Rent Next acts as a third party service that will advertise, arrange showings and coordinate tenancy on your behalf. We deliver you a qualified, willing tenant to fill one of your vacancies. Once we’ve found an applicant you’re comfortable with, you take it from there.

Are we Real Estate Agents?
Unlike Real Estate agents who “list” your property on the MLS, we are strictly in the business of marketing and assisting you in the leasing of your unit. You set the price of your apartment, we take the pictures, and we market it on your behalf. Rent Next is an extension of the landlord or management company. We simply show apartments on your behalf. And… yes, Rent Next Inc. is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

How Does Rent Next Advertise?
Rent Next advertises through a variety of online and print publications. Once we’re working with qualified tenants, we do our best to lease from within our inventory. Additionally, we’re working on leasing 100’s of units at once, so once we’ve found a qualified applicant, we show them any apartments we may have that suits their needs.
